<p>In Mumbai, there are now two expos showing off cutting-edge developments in food ingredients and packaging solutions.<br />

On August 17, the 17th edition of Food Ingredients (Fi India) and the concurrent 5th edition of ProPak India by Informa Markets in India opened at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. Over 230 leading exhibitors and more than 1000 renowned brands participated in Fi India, and 85 exhibitors and more than 300 well-known brands participated in ProPak India.</p>
<p>International exhibitors from nations including the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Belgium, the United States, Poland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand participated in the expos.</p>
<p>The occasion also included a unique “Sustainability Square,” a section of the site designed to emphasize the significance of sustainability in packaging. This dedicated area served as a focal point for exhibitors, interesting talks, and hands-on activities aimed at promoting eco-friendly packaging strategies and cutting-edge solutions. Visitors learned about a range of culinary components, colors, scents, flavors, and functional substances from domestic and foreign vendors in addition to attending instructional and interesting programs including lectures and live demonstrations.</p>
